Received a damaged product?
Of course, we handle your order as carefully as possible. However, it may happen that your product is damaged during shipment. In that case we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible via hello@fabfoyer.com. For quick processing, please include your order number and photos of the package and product with your report. We will then do everything possible to find a suitable solution together.
Warranty conditions
Of course we guarantee our products. Our products are made for medium to intensive use. However, we cannot provide a warranty if there is:
- Normal wear and tear or soiling
- Deliberate damage or negligence
- Misuse or negligent maintenance
