Measuring instructions
Measure the place where you want to place the custom doormat.
IMPORTANT: Measure the length and width at different points because the space may not be completely straight.
Write down the dimensions. Give us the largest dimension.
Every custom product has a small production margin in its dimensions. Because of this, the mat is not always exact to size. This is due to shrinkage that occurs during production. To prevent the mat from being too small, we enlarge the mat slightly to make room for the shrinkage. So you will receive the mat slightly larger than the size you order. This gives you a few mm margin to cut the mat to size yourself. We cannot guarantee a specific margin. If in doubt about the size, round up the size, or order slight larger.

Maintenance
Eventough our doormats are beautiful, our mats are designed to absorb dirt as well as moisture. If the mat has lighter colors; these can obviously get dirty sooner than darker shades.
- Keep the mat beautiful by vacuuming it daily, this extends the life of the mat.
- Is the mat very dirty? The mat can be machine washed at 30 degrees. (For larger sizes, this is not recommended due to the power of the washing machine. Use plain water and natural soap).
